Diversity and Inclusion
The Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association (TBA) believes in an inclusive work place and industry where all people are free to be themselves and can live their lives to the full. The TBA understand that all individuals should feel welcome, respected and represented at work. We aim to provide members with education and guidance in all aspects of thoroughbred breeding, but also this policy ensures that our members are educated about our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, including LGBT+ individuals.
