Insurance
Lycetts Insurance Brokers provide all TBA members with complimentary Third Party Public Liability insurance which is included in their annual subscription.
The cover provided by this policy works to protect the members where there is not a more appropriate or specific Liability policy that should have been effected to ensure that all eventualities are covered, including whilst the members horse is away from its usual home.

Breeders' Badges
TBA members can claim race badges to watch horses they have bred run at the majority of fixtures in Great Britain through the Racecourse Badge Scheme for Breeders. The scheme also provides free runner notifications by SMS or email, alerting members to entries, declarations and wins for horses they upload to the scheme.
Tax & Legal
The TBA provides tax and legal advice on bloodstock matters incuding VAT, boarding stud agreements, employment contracts and nomination agreements as part of membership.
The TBA understands how tax and legal matters can be confusing and provides advice to assist the thoroughbred breeding industry. Support includes employer factsheets, VAT guidance, boarding stud agreements, employment contract guidance and nomination agreements.
