Artervac Update

The TBA has been informed that the next batch of Equip Artervac has passed QC/QA testing and is now available for veterinary surgeons to order from their normal wholesale suppliers.

The expiry date for this new batch is 3rd December 2019, which is quite short, but the TBA (and the manufacturers) hope that the next batch will also pass quality testing and be available from that date to maintain a continued supply for the required 6-monthly booster vaccinations.

Those members who booster vaccinated their stallions and teasers, as recommended, in November 2018, will be able to satisfy their next 6-monthly booster requirements.  Those with new stallions (never previously vaccinated with Artervac) should discuss the timing of starting their vaccination protocol with their veterinary surgeons, now that the start of the breeding season is imminent.
