Racecourse Breeders Badge Scheme (RBSB) PASS cards accepted again from 19 July at racecourses

The TBA is pleased to announce that members who are part of the Racecourse Breeders Badge Scheme (RBSB) will be recognised by racecourses from 19 July 2021. If you are new to the scheme, and do not currently own a card, any form of photo ID will be accepted at the PASS entrances. 

If you would like to join the scheme, have a question, or wish to check which fixtures are accepting PASS cards, please contact [email protected] or call Stanstead House on 01638 661 321. There are a number of conditions which members using the scheme need to comply with.

You must enter via the PASS entrance and record your attendance by either swiping your PASS Card or providing Photo ID. You will not be permitted to enter the racecourse via any other entrance.

You must not attend any racecourse if you have any COVID symptoms, have had a positive COVID-19 test within the previous 10 days and/or have been instructed to self-isolate.

You must pre-book your attendance to the racecourse for Monday, 19 July and Tuesday, 20 July via the PASS System as the changes will not be in place until Wednesday, 21 July. From Wednesday, 21 July you are encouraged to pre-book your attendance as this will ensure appropriate facilities and arrangements are in place to support your raceday experience. To do this please follow the ‘how to’ guide at the end of this email.

All badges, accreditation and PASS Cards are strictly non-transferrable and any abuse of this will result in the badge/accreditation being withdrawn.

PASS How To Guide

• Open your internet browser and go to www.rcapass.com and enter your unique log-in details. As a reminder:

o Your username is your email address
o Your PASS membership number is the number printed on the FRONT of your card
o Should you need to reset your password, simply click ‘forgotten’ and a reset email will be sent to your registered email address from Weatherbys.

• Once logged in, you will find a list of fixtures.
• You should click on ‘More’ next to the fixture you intend to attend.
• Then tick the ‘attendance’ box to confirm you plan to attend the fixture.
